trying to get email p/w and sq/a

sorry for the question, i just really need your help guys -_-

basically i tried the "your account is under review for misuse" on someone whos acount i scammed before (msg me for more details) and im trying to think of a way to reply so i can get his email's sq/a and password while still seeming proffessional so i can have his acct forever , any suggestsions?
