ipget is a script that you can use over MSN messenger it can only be installed using messenger plus, and it basically will tell you the IP of the person you are talking this is triggered sometimes when the person is added or you can trigger by send or accepting a pic.

A long time ago i got some guys email and browsed in it, found he had a wow account, so i scammed it, also got his antivirus activation key, some online bought gamecards and such, good he didnt knew he could just ask a GM or call blizzard to get the account back.

Btw, netlimiter is also an alterative for tracking IP's without getting the annoying shit of messenger plus.. :>
