[Theory] ScOrch's Theory, May Work with a Tweak?

[Theory] ScOrch's Theory, May Work with a Tweak?
Browsing through reading the scams, I came across :

    Code:
    http://www.mmowned.com/forums/wow-scams/224220-not-tested-new-idea-scam.html
This is a major theory here, and I only am posting this because I thought of it before posting my main idea.

Using the template Scorch listed in his scam, I thought to myself, what could you do with a death certificate.

In accordance to Blizzard rules you are allowed as a father/mother, one child to play on your World of Warcraft account.

In order to change the last name to your account, this may work. Considering this is in complete theory, but blizzard has a form to fill out when you need to change your last name.

If you used the template Scorch listed, couldn't you possibly say the account needing the last name changed was under your step fathers name, and he has since passed on.

Calling blizzard and explaining the story of how your stepfather used his credit card to pay for your account, when he set it up, he filled out his information without knowing what impact it'd have later in your World of Warcraft career.

You could explain of how you have 2 accounts now and you'd like to merge them together but you cannot because of the last name setup, not wanting to pay for both and not wanting to lose your Epic from your stepfather's account. Could you not provide a death certificate to prove your stepdad passed on thus leaving the account to you.

You could say, "He didn't play the game, I was young and he bought it for my birthday, he set it up for me and put it in his name, he didn't know you couldn't change it. I didn't know I had to have same last name on both accounts either, or when I made my second account to Refer A friend and level up some other characters, I thought I could then just merge them. I can't afford both accounts but I want the toons on both, is there any way I can change the last name?" Mention you have a death certificate, or could get one and fax/email.

Please no flames, this was written fast, this is a theory, and this is just what it is. I read his post and this came to mind, I will test it when my phisher gets up and I grab some full information accounts, but now this is just a theory.

    Thank you.
