The problem with most phishers isn't the site itself.. rather, it's the email you send to lure in users.
Step 1: Start using this phishing e-mail. It's much more thorough, alarming, and convincing than the others i've seen. The other ones just didn't float my boat, thought i'd take it upon myself to write one worth using.

This is modelled off of REAL blizzard suspension letters, and out of anyone, i sure as hell know what one looks like.
Step 2: BUY a legitimate looking domain.
Domains that end in .tk and .co.nr are a dead giveaway that your site is a phisher. Instead of using these, purchase a domain such as us-battle.net or eu-battle.net from www.godaddy.com. Make sure you use a fake name/credentials, as well as an untraceable payment method (Visa Gift Card).
