Well It's not illegal to bet anymore in WoW, it's illegal to spam advertisements.
And if people know what the coin actually does, you do an animation when you flip it :P
Thanks for trying though.
Ok here goes. I havn't tried this scam(scams arn't really my thing) however the thought came to my head while browsing this topic and felt it may interest some and I cant see a reason why it wont work:
http://www.mmowned.com/forums/wow-gu...oneymaker.html
The idea is that you advertise a casino(View the topic posted above for a better idea) or little betting game(Either to random people or guildies if your not that close to them) using [Titanium Seal of Dalaran]
Basicaly you create the following 3 emotes:
1. /e casually flips his Titanium Seal of Dalaran.
2. /e finds the coin face down for tails!
3. /e catches the coin heads up!
You find the person who wants to play and ask him/ her to guess the next 2 flips. He tells you his guess and trades the gold.
Next, choose option 1. This will make him/ her think you have flipped the coin.
Wait a second and then select either option 2 or 3(Now which you choose depends on what they guess and whether you want a quick buck or rope them in for more).
For example if they guess Tales and Heads, you could select Option 3 for the first flip and option 2 for the second resulting in a win for you. However the thrill of them winning could lead them to place another bet with you and in the end you could earn more by letting them win the first flip.
BEWARE: Betting is against the WoW TOS so keep it low key. Also it wont hurt to be friendly to the people your betting against. The last thing you want is them to report you.
Hope this helps someone or someone finds a use for it. I did a search and couldnt find another topic similar to this(if there is please remove this thread).
Thanks to elky for giving me the idea from his thread.

I did fear there may be an animation, however some may not notice or you could hide it by pressing the emote and moving slightly or jumping.
Also, when you use it, I think it links the coin in the emote. To avoid stuff like this I think.
To get around that you can just type the first emote in and shift click the item.
I thought this has been banned long time ago..
lol... never heard it... but funny
