Always act as in your in a good mood. Be friendly. when they tell you they haven't recieved payment, ask why? never EVER hit the caps lock and start yelling at them , saying you have been billed you will sue ect.

And yeah, RichyG, I did kinda say "dont start yelling" and it's for a good reason. Yelling at them is a very bad thing because they are definately WAY more scared of being in trouble with the company for giving away free gold than they are of a random person over the internet who says they will sue. Also it just pisses them off and makes their mouse head over to the "End Session" button.

Hey. I used oforu.com to buy WoW gold (US and Europe) and it tells you an order number. The thing I need though is the Paypal e-mail they send you. Everytime the Agent asks for a copy of an e-mail, and I make up an excuse.

By PayPal e-mail I mean once you buy something with paypal, they send you an e-mail reciept

Could someone who bought something with paypal send a template of copy of their e-mail so I can make up my own? Thanks. If you can show them an e-mail you made and they believe it's from Paypal, they'll send you your gold.
