Unauthorized charge scam

Alright the scam I'm going to explain here is very easy to pull off and %99.9 effective

What you need:
Paypal account
A trusted friend in another country

What to do:
Give your paypal details to your trusted friend. He will go to an account selling website which accepts paypal or to markee. He will start buying accounts like crazy . When you've bought about 5-6 lvl 80 accounts with full info you will ask him to stop.

You will get the info of the account and change all the necessary details.

After we are done with this we will wait 18 hours
Then you will make a phone call to paypal(Yes a phone call), and sound very worried saying your seeing all sorts of payments you havent made and dont know what to do. The lady on the phone will ask if you still have acess to your account , you will say yes of course. Then she will guide you to make an unauthorized charge report.

After your done with this paypal will investigate the situation and refund back all your money and you will still have access to all the accounts.

BTW make sure your friend uses your paypal account in some public wifi or an internet cafe just to be on the safe side

could u expain more about this? because i already knew about VPN but never heard of ipsec or pptp so i googled them and they look quite interesting how do u set them up though? because tor + proxys arent very good against paypal anymore lol
