Very nice yes, common sense or not at least you provided some tips and links to improve this even better, rep for you mate.
EDIT: Just one question though.
What if the account type = from Denmark for example. And you got a english marriage certificate with the new last name, would that even matter?

Do the impossible, see the invisible
Row row, Fight the power.
I tried this but Blizzard sent me this...
1) A legible photocopy of government issued documentation of the name change, or of two forms of government issued photo ID showing your name before and after the change.
2) A copy of the TOU form (found here: Blizzard Support) completed using your new legal name.
Would number one be the marrage certificate? Or does it mean that I have to send them a legal name change certificate?
Very nice gonna try
Very nice guide.I have few questions. Is marriage certificate the only document you submit ? And you put the new name on it ? wouldn't blizz also ask for some kind of document confirming current name on the account ?
And how much times did this work for you ? Did they ever reject the name change ? And if so,was the account locked then or what ?
Awesome, rep.
If this actually works, I'm sure I, or someone else, could code a .php script to do this. Would just have to make the custom font to replicate handwriting which would be a tad hard, but if that is made, you are set, just type what you need in on a website and you can print it out and fax it, no photoshop required, well except for removing the current names.
How about you just call and say you got married, they ask you to fax details you say CBA and you try again the next day? :P
Or will they usually ask for the certificate?
