WoW email scam

Well im not sure if this is a repost, my friend has been doing this the past week and got a lot of accounts i tried a few times and got 1.. if this is a repost please tell me.


AND HOW TO FIND VICTIMS EASILY...

How to find people: (this works for EU as well)
-Go to markeedragon.com
-click search on the top(ish)
-find the forum that you want to be searching in the list (either WoW account buy/sell EU or US or WoW account trading EU or US) and search for "email"
-this will come up with a load of threads with "email" in it.
-More likely than not these are in the original post, with contact information in it, to contact the owner of the account
-Now that you have your email address for your victim, now its time for the letter

THE LETTER: (just changed the bottom part, got rid of the EU info and put in the US info)

As you may or may not be aware of, this conflicts with the EULA and Terms
of Agreement.
If this proves to be true, your account can and will be disabled. It
will be ongoing for further investigation by Blizzard employee's.
Blizzard might consider taking legal actions against your crime, if it
seems too be of an extreme nature.

If you wish to not get your account suspended you should immediately verify
your account.
This action is taken because we at Blizzard Entertainment takes these sales
quite serious. We need to confirm you are the original owner of the
account.
This is easiest done by confirming your personal information along with
concealed information about your account.
You can confirm that you are the original owner of the account by replying
to this email with:



Use the following template below to verfiy your account and information via
email.

* First and Surname
* Address
* Zip code
* Phone number Daytime
* Country
* Account e-mail
* CD-key, alternative a photograph of your CD-key that is located on your
manual for World of Warcraft.
* Account name
* Account password
* Secret Question and Answer


If you ignore this mail your account can and will be closed permanently.
We ask you to NOT change password until the investigation is fully
completed.

For this scam you will need a mail that is @blizzard.com to look legit for the victim. The only problem is that the hotmail javascript is patched and if you use mail.com you will get an signature. Correct me if im wrong ^^

First off... It's not a very good Letter, almost anyone will see through it. What you need is an Official Letter, with the Account Name and Password Added into the letter.

This is a pretty well known scam. Good luck trying to get people to fall for it!
