[Scam] Gamecard/CD-key scam - 70%+ succes rate!

Hey guys

First of all - I would like you to know i DID do a search, and i didnt find anything exactly like this, with my own methods.

I have been using this method, made by myself and with inspirations from this forum, for a while now, and scammed about 10 gamecards with it. 10 of 13 ppl got lured in.


The concept in short, is offering a "PCT service" in trade for CD-keys/Gamecards.

Step 1:

Advertise on a trading website, offering your services doing PCT's. Tell them in your topic you are 100% trustable, and will prove so! (Later on, in-depth)

Step 2:

Make a fake e-mail adress, let people contacting u there. Take a serious name, like "[email protected]" or something like that.

Step 3:

Talk to the person interested in your service. Ask them if they have the gamecard ready. Keep taling to them for a little while, and get their trust.
They will probably ask: "How do i know youre legit".

Here's the thing. You will most likely get some sort of kid... Why? Who dont have their own creditcards.... Right Kids. Hope they dont know how character transfers work, and tell them it goes as follows:

You start the character transfer, and gets a confirmation e-mail. When he gets this e-mail, you want to give you the gamecard. Send the "Complete e-mail" , wait a few minutes, and block them. Why send the complete? U have some extra time to scam others with the same advert Keep talking to your victim as if HE scammed YOU!

Once they agree tell them to give you the following information:

-Acc name:
-Password:
-Char name:
-Server from:
-Server to:

- NOTE - From this step, you can also do the "Sell gold to chinese" tactic by logging in. This is not thought of by me, and has been posted by another member! - NOTE -

Step 4:

Go to Soom.CZ 's fakemailer, and set up the following e-mail (Edit it to your own version):

Hello XXXXXX,

You have successfully submitted a request for the Paid Character Transfer service, to be performed for your characters on your World of Warcraft account: XXXXX.

Here is the list of characters which will be transferred during this process:

- XXXXX - Level XX "Race" "Class" on "Server" - moving to "Destination Server" on account XXXXXX


Each character transferred will cost $25.00 USD and is a ONE WAY TRANSFER. The total cost (before any applicable tax) for the above transfer operations will be $25.00 USD. Please note that your card has NOT been charged at this time since the transfer has not yet been finalized.

Your character can be locked at any point during the processing of the transfer. If you log into the game before the transfer is complete and create any auctions, this will cause the transfer to fail and you will have to restart it through the website.

If you log into a character before the transfer is complete, this may delay it from processing so we encourage you to stay logged out until it is done. Keep in mind that you will lose any mail that you leave in your mailbox when the process is completed.

The estimated time for this transfer to be completed was provided while the character information was being entered. Upon completion of the process you will receive another email prompting you to sign into the Transactions page to finalize the transfer.

Alternatively, you may want to go online where you can finalize the transfer and view the status of your available, pending, and past transfers on the Paid Character Transfer Transactions page:

Once you have finalized the transaction, the amount listed will be deducted from your credit card and the character[s] will then be playable at the new location.

If you change your mind and do NOT want to have the above characters transferred, you will need to visit the Transactions page in order to cancel the pending transfer. This will unlock the character for play at its original location.

Now ask To give you the gamecode. They will most likely give it in their hapiness. Keep acting as if ure nose bleeds, but add the gametime immediately to ure account.

If they get rude - Tell them they scammed you, if they dont, act like youre busy fixing the problem or you will refund, so you get some extra time scamming with the same advert.

I was able to get about 4 gamecards out of 1 advert!

The only way(s) That they will think you are trustworthy 100%, is that if you are Trust Who Verified, Have Reputation wherever you're selling, and/or have a Verified PayPal account. Otherwise,

EPIC FAIL.

I have done it twice. Both times without reputation. People will believe in the e-mails.

You can also say that you did a few for free already and are waiting for ppl to rep you (Yes, ppl are retarded :< )
