The, "I'm Blizzard" scam.

This is crazy, and I'm surprised it even worked.

A friend and I were doing our usual scam, http://www.mmowned.com/forums/wow-sc...-all-free.html where we scam the gold farmers, by "selling" them accounts, and spenind the money before they recall.
We usually send them a ban letter once we get the money, but this time I couldn't find the emails, so we just kept them on the line.
This is the conversation between my friend and I.

Ian: Ok
11:35 PM Wow, I still have this guy on here.
11:36 PM He asked me for the info, and I gave him a website to go to
Some porn site.

me: Tell him you're blizzard.
11:37 PM And you need his info for prosecution.
11:38 PM Ian: Blizzard Inc. is now going to prosecute you with the full force of the law.
What is your primary WoW account name and password?
me: Along with your name adress and phone number.
11:39 PM Trading game information is causing damages to our franchise. Can you afford a lawyer?
Ian: Lol, nice.
11:40 PM This is an official Blizzard Employee. If you do not tell me your primary WoW account and password, I will call the police.

The guy then actually gave us his account information, AND LEFT THE MONEY IN OUR PAYPAL.

Crazy, and really stupid.

Blizzard will NEVER say "Or I will call the police".
OR will they ask for a username and password.
They have their own resources to find it out.

It was a joke, we didn't expect him to fal for it. We even said things like "I"M BLIZZARD BITCH!"
And he still kept thinking we were. We had him going for an hour.
