Try running the app in admin mode. If that doesn't work, send me both of those files. (They are a minidump [done by the OS])

Also, what antivirus are you running?

I am running NOD32 and I already tried running as ADMIN. I am going to send you the files now.

Okay, I sent both of the files to you. I also disabled my anti-virus and it still didn't work.
