Sorry but this is just dumb - anyone who has 10k gold would not fall for this, as they'd know that trading the cards for ingame gold in the first place is against the rules so why would you get a message from Blizztard?

Great scam. I'd like to help. Here's what it might look like when the English has been polished a little more. I've also suggested you add in a 15-minute window and a note that they will get an in-game email, to give you a bit of time to launder the gold. You can take that out of course, if you like:

Greetings <scammed character>,

This is to inform you that the Blizzard SafeTrade system between the characters <scammed character> and <scamming character> has been succesfully activated for the item: "Reins of the Swift Spectral Tiger". <scammed character> will receive an in-game email with the code to activate this item within 15 minutes after trading following amount of money to <scamming character>: 5000 gold.

If you have problems with the transfer you are welcome to contact World of Warcraft support at: Blizzard Support.

Replace the text in RED with the two character names doing the trading. Also, change the US links to EU links (sorry, I don't know them) if you're in EU.

Hope this helps clean it up for the non-English speakers.

I just find it interesting when people arbitrarily make up percentages. Someone is not going to send 5k good away and when they don't receive anything, do nothing about it... Sure you may not get banned every time, but it's definitely more than 10%

Anyways, besides that, It's better than what this forum has been plagued with recently...

Acctually selling TCG codes for GOLD is NOT against EULA, selling them for IRL $$ IS..-- I asked a blizzard GM

its the same as selling an item on the AH essentially, or selling rep signets that allow you to get items
