Scam people for gold

Now i remember doing this on a different game, im sure it will work on WoW but just not everytime. Alright so lets say you get (Feet Of The Lynx). There is a pair of Grey leather boots that have the exact same boot icon as Feet Of The Lynx. Save these boots once you find them, There called like Rugged leather boots or some crap. So you go to the trade channel and say WTS Feet of the lynx.
Say you get an offer for 30g, You put the Original BLUE Feet of the lynx up in the trade screen and he puts his 30g up there. HOLD the trade button so it shows up green to him. Now as your holding the trade button press escape so it will close the trade window. Now tell him like.. "wtf.. that was weird, do you have bagspace?" and he will answer or w/e. DO this NUMEROUS TIMES so it seems liek the trade screen is bugged.
Lets say you did it about 10 times. Do not open up a new trade window tell him this is bullcrap and your getting pissed. Have the person that wants to buy the boots open up trade first and put up his 30g. Now tell him to make it fast and put up your FAKE GREY feet of the lynx up there and click trade. If everything goes as planned he would be in a hurry and wouldnt care, HE would just see the boot icon for feet of the lynx and click trade.

Hopefully it works.

Btw, im sure you can do this w/ many different itmes.

this might not work as well but u could go ok but i g2g so can i cod thenmake mail make subject Feet of the Lynx and put boots in bottom and cod they see subject and icon and might buy it

I like it but its one of those scams that could get you banned very easily im afraid . Apart from that , its a pretty good idea .
