[COD] The COD mail scam is back and stronger than ever !!!

Hi all ,

I have just thought of my latest scam and i think its worthy of a place in this section so here it is :

1 ) Create an alt character .
2 ) Go to your main character .
3 ) From your main character , send a few letters to your alt with this in the letter :



4 ) Log out of your main character .
5 ) Log in with your alt character .
6 ) Go to your mail box and make a copy of each letter that you sent to yourself .



7 ) Go run arround the city (i suggest Stormwind or Orgrimar) and add all the lvl 50s/54s or 61s/64s to your friends list .
8 ) Go back to the mail box .
9 ) Send a mail to all those targeted players like that :



10 ) Wait for your gold to come in , it takes 1 hour for your COD letters to get to your victims .

In the Letter that you send them as an advertisement for the guide put:

Hi,

I am selling a leveling guide that my friend used to get his main from level (any level range) in 3 days flat! This is only availiable to players that I think have potential in this game. Me and My friend thought that this method needed to be shared throughout the public, so this is a once in a lifetime offer.

You can buy my guide right here. It is attached to this letter and you can get it by clicking on the letter icon at the bottom left-hand corner of this message.


In the letter containing the guide:

The guide you just purchased is a leveling guide from (any level range). A guide from (any higher level range) is soon to come. I hope you enjoy your new pathway to faster leveling in World of Warcraft!

lol , you dont have to follow my scam by the word you know . If you want you can actualy get a guide from this forum for example and copy+paste it into the letter , then you would be selling a guide .

This scam targets the curiosity of the victim , not the stupidity : )

If I might add, I think it would be better to send the letter from a Level 1 instead of your main. Because I think that they might be able to tell who actually created the letter if that makes sense. +REP for you!

This is good shtuff. But, I hate to do it on a main because I could get banned? Idk...I guess I couldn't if I gave him some shitball guide copy/pasted :P! +rep
