Unban Account

If your account has gotten banned for 3rd party software then here is a way to unban it. Credit to ShortbutStrong for giving me the idea (even though he didn't know it). So heres the scam, call Blizzard and tell them you got banned for 3rd party software which was actually Itunes and you weren't hacking. Then say if they don't unban your account you will press charges (Blizzard doesn't keep records of the CPU usage they just have warden check for programs that are not firewalls, internet, or AIM MSN etc. They will probably unban the account, depending on if you had other charges on the account before.

You can't press charges agains them, because the account and the servers to access the account are in no way yours. They have full controll over it and you agreed to the Terms of Service/Use. Also... wouldn't they wounder how you knew it was iTunes?

Yup. Although you could say all you did was have Itunes open when it was WoW Running, oh and BTW... DID you get any unbanned? You have to have proof or no one will beleive you.

Sorry, there is no way to contact to them via phone, you need to contact them thru e-mail as stated on the website.
