Banning Someone

Does anyone have ideas on how to get someone banned ive tried getting him to call me ****** and shyt but i reported him and hes not banned so im wondering if theres anything i can do to get his account banned i dont have
his acc or pass at all so anything i can do :\

lol eh would it work to make guild put a shyt load of epics in use a scammed account to get all the shit out after u staged a BankGuy Scam like if i got a guy called Dustbank
cuz my name is Dustdvl and had my friend say ya sure come u can donate some shyt to the bank and inv and promote me to a high rank then have me still everything then i would say something like haha scammed nubs then send everything to the guy? then report it to a GM?

Well here's what i'd try. Use a spare account or make a trial. Go in and say you'd like to buy his wow account. If he agrees offer him a price and such. Then as soon as that's done report him to blizzard for selling his account. Might work, not sure.

or make a fake screenshot,
go on a priv server and use fly hack or something.
make your chars name the same as his and the same race and class. then send it to blizz

Any of the above is good, getting him to swear at you wont rly work.
