Alright this will get you a free panda cub, or any of the collectors edition pets.

First thing you do is take off all your gear and put it in the bank.

Next go buy a bunch of your level greens and equip them. Then buy a bunch of the shitty enchants for most of your gear slots.

Then log out and change your IP, then log back on and DELETE all of the greens you just bought and enchanted.

Put a ticket into a GM and tell them you got hacked. They will restore the gear but will not be able to restore the enchants,so you ask the GM for some compensation and they will send you an in-game mail with one of the collectors edition pets.

Yes. In fact, I do. GMs are customer service reps after all, and their main function is ensuring customer satisfaction. Regardless of fault, if they can fix something, they will.
