New? Cod Wrapped Gift Scam

So as many of us know is the wrapped gift CoD scam no longer works. BUT, apparently, u can send just paper, and depending on which paper you get, you can make it seem like a wraped gift. Someone i know got one in the mail that had 555g cod, and he kept trying to figure out how they broke blizzards CoD rule. IDK if this has been posted, checked all the new posts, but hey, i could be worng
