i have sold my account to 2 people. One payed $400, who i actually traded it to adn the other payed $250 who i scammed. Later on that day, paypal held both the funds saying they wanted to make a paypal inquiry. Turns out the guy who payed $400 made a claim that the payment was made without his authorization. All they did was give me three choices.
Give him a refund
Provide Tracking Evidence
Provide Evidence i had given him a refund.
I am serisouly like wtf, how can paypal only give me those choices when i have already traded the account. Luckily i have totally locked down the account with parental guidance but is there no way i can charge or claim him back? Or does paypal offer no support to the seller, only the buyer?
Also the other claim over the $250 seems to be going nowhere, apparently paypal made that inquiry.
Thanks for help in advance.
