In trade chat say you are buying tons and tons of netherweave cloth for 2.5g / stack. You can make these into heavy netherweave bandages selling 3g for 10 bandages. Fast and easy cash. You can also scout the AH for anything stack that is 2.5g or lower, so you can make some good profit.
