    Paypal Scam, 300$ + Easy.

    Paypal Scam, 300$ + Easy.
Alright, first of this is not exactly hasslehoff's paypal scam. I read his and no offense to him i feel mine is alot better. But they evolve almost the same thing.

First off what you are going to need.
    -Level 70 WOW account.
-A prepaid creditcard from walmart or any other store, i prefer walmart prepaid credit card's.
    -Basic Knowlage on Proxys.

Alright, so here is what you will have to do.

First, go to walmart and get a prepaid credit card, For about 15$ - 25$ (This can be used for WOW game time after adding it to you're paypal account, or other good's so it is NOT a waste)

Now, you have you're prepaid credit card. Good, register it (See the registeration instruction's that came with it. Make sure you use you're real address name ect.)

Alright! So now you have you're prepaid credit card registered, now go make a new GMAIL email account.

Now, browse for some real life good's or software you want really bad. Make sure they accept paypal.

Alright, so now make a new paypal account. USA it doesn't matter UK what ever.

Now, register you're PREPAID CREDIT CARD to you're paypal account.

Congratulation's You can now send and receive money.

Now, head over to markeedragon.com and post you would like to sell YOU'RE account. Post you're AIM address.

Now you should get ALOT of I'M's. Wether it be the Asian scammer's or legit people.

Alright, now ask them if they would like to see you're character ingame before they buy it. (Act like you have no clue what you're doing BUT, This is the MOST IMPORTANT PART OF THIS SCAM, YOU TELL THEM YOU WANT THE MONEY SENT TO YOU'RE PAYPAL FIRST)

Alright, so now they just sent you the money, Buy what you wanted.

Now load up you're proxy's (About 5 diffrent IP's) And log into you're account a few time's from different IP's

BAM you're paypal account is now locked, and will not go into a negative balance when the person does a charge back.

THING'S TO NOTE BEFORE DOING THIS.

Don't put you're actual phone number!
Don't log into that paypal account anymore.

    How does this work?

Well simply i found this accidentally. Somebody sent me 152$ VIA paypal 2 month's ago.

You're account will go to 0.00$ And the claim / chargeback will stay there forever.

So, thus you are not in a -balance and paypal will not and can not even have collection agency's harrass you.

=) Have fun! All credit's go to me.

so.. you get thier money, then lockout yer paypal acct?

all i am getting from this entire post is that you take thier money, spend it, lock your own account, then they dont get it back because the account is locked?

    No, Ridain

You didn't clearly read it or you cant read.

I stated find something to buy with the money.

Then you buy it, then lock "YER" account.

And no, they don't get their money back at all. That's the beauty of paypal.

Too bad this can get you Sued, and put in Jail.
If I'm gonna steal Real Money, I'll go hit up a Bank, or the local Convenient store.

    Nice one though.

I have to agree here. back when TBC came out, I was studying abroad in London and I bought a copy of TBC there because I was too impatient to have my parents ship me my copy. I didn't realize the EU version wouldn't be compatible, so I threw the damn thing up on ebay for twice as much as I paid for it. I got a buyer within a few hours, and in my excitement for this jacked up sale price, when the buyer asked for the key (he claimed he had already downloaded the cd's and just needed the key), I, being the idiot I am, agreed and e-mailed it to him.

The next thing I know, I get an email that says "dont ship the item my acct was hacked". they did a charge back on paypal, after I had transfered the funds to my bank acct. This left my paypal acct at -101.63 or something like that.

I tried calling paypal to explain, but they said that the CD key didn't fall under their shipping protection program, and that since I stilled had the physical CD's, I owed them the money.

I ignored it for awhile, got some nasty email from paypal for a few weeks, but then I got a phone call from a debt collector on my FLATS PHONE.

I didn't have the number to that phone. They must've found me through the agency that handled my student stuff.

Needless to say, I had to pay the money back, and I still to this day have the EU TBC cd's with a key that I can't confirm works.

So yeah, don't **** with paypal.

You guys who are saying you will go to jail etc need to learn what the **** your talking about before posting. PayPal can call you and say you owe them money all you want, but that is all, if you don't pay it, they can't do a ****ing thing. You can scam on paypal all day with your own IP, your own bank, your own info, and you won't get in a bit of trouble.

PayPal is not part of government, in fact the government is against them, and they are also not an official bank or anything like that, they are just a 3rd party currency service.

PayPal money is "virtual money" until cashed out, so if you wanted to peoples paypal accounts and take money from there PayPal balance, there is nothing illegal about it.

My friend has been scamming for 1 and a half years on ebay / paypal, not sending the items he sells to his customers, and scams about 5k-8k dollars a month and withdraws it to his own bank account, then proceeds to remove the bank account, or cancel it after getting his money.

PayPal and Ebay contacted him several dozen times but the only thing they can do, is ban your account.
