Ok Let me start off by saying this will take some time and patience most likely. If your doing it at the right times this should take about 30 minutes to an hour.

Go to this the scam called:

Read about that scam that i totally admire and use sometimes. I found a way to get free accounts off of this. Normally you would say, 'hey wtf, i could just do this on blizzards site', but Paypal and Blizzard are huge companies, you want this to be legit at least on the Blizzard side right?

Also if you used a non-legit way of paying, the info on your WoW account may cause some trouble.

Anyways heres how it goes.
Use the large amount of money you can get from the scam above and go to a site where you can BUY WoW Characters.

Then, after you buy a CHEAP LOW LEVEL one, they will also *charge* you "$40" additional for an account code and BC code.

Go into Chat service, get the codes. Use them, didnt have to pay a cent throughout the whole process, and in addition you get the account you "bought".

And to the OP: Paypal fixed that scam. It was a major loophole.
I got 10k from it though. I originally came up with the idea for the powerleveling if the payment is secured lol. So this is a garbage thread.
