Double Gold Bought from Sellers

I'm now sick of being a leecher, but I've never actually had any good ideas, but I recently had a fairly good idea, when I saw the scam to steal gold bought from sellers on the Auction House. I was thinking, if you can find a seller who uses the AH to buy, you could make an alt with the same name, then if the gold seller buys your alts auction, rather than yours, you can go and complain that the gold was not sent to you, saying it was sent to the scammer (Your alt). Which then means I would assume, they would do the same process, or just send it through mail, meaning you have 2X the gold you bought!
Sorry if this is absolute shite, but I think its a fairly good idea, and I haven't seen it around, and I've been leeching for 1.5 years

I've done something similar. Ordering gold, then making an alt with the same name just a weird letter in there, and I complained that they didn't deliver it to me. They said they can't do anything because they delivered the gold to the character in my order. This won't work.

Correct, Once ordered the gold it is very hard to get another order sent to you even if blizzard takes it out of their pocket or yours they still won't send you the gold. If you would like to try this then start with the smallest amount of gold, unfortunately I give this scam 1/10 because I know for sure that it will not work and the AH isn't safe to buy gold anymore so what most sites do now is open trade.
