Possible way to never get caught purchasing a boost?
Why don't people just transfer a character to another wow account under the same battle.net account, let the booster boost it, then transfer the char back to the other account?

Because most don't want to spend more money

they log the transfers, also who wants to spent extra money on that.

I wouldn't mind paying a bit extra, and isn't it allowed to have more than one person playing under that same b.net account as long as they have different wow accounts?

You dont get caught by other people logging into your account.
You get caught by having a 2.7k arena achievement in a day after never passing 1750.
If you dont want to get caught, then dont do anything crazy like that, slowly build it like 2.2k one season, the next 2.4, then go glad or whatever you want for example.

Pretty much this.
"Generally" boosting sites/companies will literally boost you say from 0 - 2200 in -a single night- RBG wise. Same with arenas. With the wow bastard internet browser add-on, it is very easy to check if you are a previous gladiator boosting an alt or not.
