Service Selling Bloodthirsty/Warbringer Titles

Does anyone know of a legitimate site that sells the Bloodthirsty (250k Honorable Kills), and Warbringer (300 RBG Wins) titles? Since rating has nothing to do with Warbringer, I would not need a boosting service that results in me getting a ridiculously high (and obviously win-traded) rating. Does anyone know of services like these? Preferably that allow the player to retain control of their account during the process?
I am a US-Horde player if that matters.

Wouldnt be so hard getting people for Warbringer achivement, just drop your mrr down to extremely low then play legit with voicecom.
Bloodthirsty was easy accomplished few patches ago when you could queue IoC with AV enabler
