I don't play a lock, but the best advice is to make a focus target macro for your fear. Once you find one, you can just simply right click the enemy frame (that resto druid for example) and your fear will be cast on him without losing your target. Also banish more

Just going to throw in my 2 cents here - Get some focus macros! It's really a lot easier, when you don't have to swap targets that much. Gladius have a feature, that makes you able to set your focus target, by right clicking their bar in the Gladius frame.
Do NOT show your mouse, unless you're doing something important with it! You'll notice a lot of PvPers tend to hide their mouse, in videos, unless they need to show you something important.
Long & slow games isn't the best for a PvP video, try mix it a little. People like seeing loads of constant pressure, combined with CC. Slow games get boring quite fast, so yeah.
I guess that's what i had to say. I'd make a comment about the music... But it might just be me, who finds it wierd.
