Minimum Resi to run with in a Mage/Disc setup?
How many arena games do you generally play a week?
How can warrior kill a mage?
Kogda drochis chto bormochis?
assuming your frost, and you arena partner is a rogue or a priest... do you have a screen shot of your UI?
I played a mage back in season 1, 2, 3, and 4 and didnt bother playing arena at 80 or 85 with him.
but what is your partner? and do you have a link to a masked armory?
-Currently, I play with 3957 resil. At this time (early in season 11), about 3800 - 4100 resil seems to be good, while balancing out other stats. Although I say that, you CAN over do resil. A lot of people forget that other stats are just as important as resil, so you don't need to be gemming and enchanting resil if you are at that point. If resil is added due to new Cataclysmic (Season 11)gear though, it doesn't hurt.
-My play time really depends on what I'm doing during the week. Just last week though, I played about 125+ games. That is sort of on the lower side, since I used to play around 175ish or more a week, last season.

I do play frost, but also thinking about rolling fire with fire's new buff this patch. I also play with a disc priest in 2s. I'm not worried about masking, I posted my armory in my original post, but if its not showing or whatever, I'm Hydrothunder on Frostwolf. I also posted my photobucket account which has a screencap of my UI, but if that's not showing, just look up Hydrothunderr on photobucket.

If you can pressure a mage enough to get him to ice block without popping Recklessness, than using Reck after they have blocked can help extremely. Also, if you can get the mage to blink without you having to charge, that is a big help. In a duel, dont be afraid to start mounted and run at him so you dont have to waste charge / heroic leap. That could force him to blink, which you can knockdown right after and start bursting on him. Spell reflect is your best friend if you use it at the right time. I've shattered myself (frostbolt/icelance someone who is nova'd) for 37k before. The ideal time to use spellreflect is if you are nova'd and you see the mage doesnt have any shields up. This will cause his frostbolt and icelance shatter to go straight back at him. If you bladestorm the novas when he is trying to peel, that can get you right back to him. Also, getting a kick off can save your life. Say you are bladestorming and he is casting frostbolt, DONT be afraid to stop storm and kick him on that cast. That will get you a few seconds to sit there on top of him. But remember, even with a lot of tips and practice, beating a mage as a warrior can be extremely difficult since mages counter warriors.

What are some tips for someone just starting to PvP as a mage? It seems I get shit on if anyone gets on me, although it might be due to not being full geared yet. Any tips will help me out. Thanks man!

Hey cuties i forgot about the thread.
@boo basic things liek you do to get better at every other class. keybind, macro, skype, dont back pedal, communicate with teammates. Mage specifically, keep shields up, use ALL CCs available on cd/dr or save a particular one (IE dragons breath for fire spec) for killing attempts in arena, etc. take into account the different mastery setups / pvp power now also.
@gizzy hunters right now and warriors lol. other than broken classes, ferals seem to peg us also.
@drumy of course.
