Did they fix wintrading?

Just saw this post a few minutes ago and I am wondering if this is still working? using the method from elite that is

Id advise against win trading seeing as the punishments are:

Arena team deletion
Character MMR reset to 1500
All Conquest gear removed
Conquest earned tally reset, as well as all Honor and Conquest points removed.
All Arena achievements earned since the beginning of Mists of Pandaria removed.
3 day suspension

My entire 2nd team got banned the ones that were "losing". They only received a 24 hour ban and no mmr reset. The reasoning was bug exploitation of rated battlegrounds. I'm guessing since their rating wasn't too high that the ban wasn't as harsh

Been wintrading a bit on/off the last couple of days.
Not sure about the elite method though, as i don't have elite access, but the method we've been using, works just fine.

trading in arena still works?
the old method(logout script) did not work for us anymore, tried it few days ago
