That will just result in a blanket 25 point loss to those who don't enter.

how about the usage of alts? the winning team would be on their main character and the losing team would be on their alt and just switch after every game, so when team a wins they go from their mains to their alts and since team b lost they go from their alts to their mains.

1.invite the loggers have them log out at the same time before you queue, kick them after 3 minutes and 30 seconds of waiting, both teams invite loggers back at the same time and the queue should pop.
2. Team A, uses their mains
3. Team B, uses their alts
4. Both teams queue at the same time
5. If they both get the same rbg then they both join, otherwise they requeue.
6. Team A (mains) beats Team B (alts) for X number of games

They wont find each other,,
a high team 1800+ will never get qued with some one below 1500
