Conquest Reset

Anyone know if the faction change with a realm change resets the conquest cap?
i didnt read any hot fixes on this, i know if doesnt reset with a realm xfer but i herd it does if you change your race too?

Yes, your conquest points do reset after a transfer, not sure about race change. I transfered 2 days ago from Shattered Hand -> Illidan.. and my Conquest Point cap got reset... A friend of mine did the same transfer and got his CP reset too. Thanks to that i was able to buy my weapon a week earlier than expected .
