19 twink shoulder enchant

Could anyone explain to me how this is done? I've seen it a couple times and im kinda curious.

It isn't possible to do this unless your alt is honored/revered with Scryer/Aldor.

U cant do it cause enchanting a shoulder enchant would make it bind to ur main. but ive heard there is a exploit that makes it possible for you to mail it while casting and get it to work

something to do with putting shoulders on AH then enchanting them with shoulder enchant and just as its about to be enchanted hit create auction then get a friend to buy it
