I have compiled a list of all (hopefully) 21,514 items in the game.
This is a big file, with lots of entries and could lag out/lock up slower computers.

I dunno I was bored while waiting for Beta servers to come back up. Some people might want a list of ID's or something. Someone might find this useful.
