Ride to Undercity Quest??? (n00b)

I have a quest to deliver Podrig's Order to Gordon Wendham in Undercity but I can't find anywhere Gordon Wendham, maybe it's a bug because it's a private server but maybe not because it's my first time playing WoW, I use Carbonite and he tells me where Gordon is but he isn't there, I looked on all floors or did I missed someting??? :confused:

There you can see a white point on the map - There he should be. If he don't, i would advise you to contact a gamemaster of this server. It would'n be a surprise for me, if it is a bug. But maybe a gamemaster can help you.
