Question regarding Herald of the Titans

Hello!

I just leveled my death knight to level 80 and I've started doing wotlk heroics to gear up so I can do Herald of the Titans (once I find someone to do it with).
And since I am considering to turn my dk into a lvl 80 twink once I've finished that, I have a question:

Does the achievement take into account the max ilvl or the current ilvl? Say for instance if I have a couple of MoP boe items in my inventory which pushes my maximum ilvl over 226, would that make me ineligible for the achievement? Say if my ilvl was 226/267 or something?

And can the raid be composed of people cross-realm?

And while I'm here I might as well ask if there are anyone else here in EU who are looking to do the achievement? I'm alliance on Hellfire EU myself.

It shouldn't. But to be safe, Throw'm in your bank! That'll make your overall iLvl return to what you'd like it to be. 226 Armor and 232 Wep! =) , And yes it can be xrealm.

200 iLvl will be hard to get, my hunter is like 430 but GL!
