You hear all sorts of stuff about something called warden.
Can some one tell me what warden is??

Its an anti hack program that blizzard uses to monitor the players online. It scans everyone's comps that are online for third party software that you could be using to cheat/hack the game. If it detects any it will ban you.

Some notable quotes:
He found that it performed a quick analysis on other programs running on a PC to see if their characteristics match known cheating programs.Edit:Writing in his blog about what he found Mr Hoglund said: "I watched The Warden sniff down the e-mail addresses of people I was communicating with on MSN, the URL of several websites that I had open at the time, and the names of all my running programs."
Hate how people freak out and go "OH NOEZ, MY PRIVACY, NOW U NO THAT I WAS TALKING TO MY FRIEND AN WAT WE WERE TALKING ABOUT! ZOMG!!!!!!!" Honestly, they could scan my entire computer if they wanted. What are they going to do, have jokes in the office that on Wednesday i said to my friend that "I like tacos too". Omg blizzard, now you know way too much about my private life. And honestly, if they did get something very important, what are they going to do with it? It's not like they could really use it... or they could, and then get in LOADS of trouble... Or does the fact that people just know something about you freak you out? Because then honestly, that's your fault you're paranoid.

Ah, thanks guys.
That cleared up a lot![]()
No problem ^^
Everyone thinks how much they can sniff, is a really big invasion of privacy. I am kinda on their side too... They do take it a little far. I mean checking the open programs is one thing, but the emails, and who your talking to and what your saying?? I mean come on that is too far!
But then again, if I didn't want to play just because of that reason, I wouldn't click the 'I agree' Button.
