    Court?

    Hi.
    Just sold an account to a gold selling company, this is not m account from the start and it can be taken back,, thou i got all info on it.
    The company said this to me...:

    Dear client there is another thing need to tell you ,in order to keep fair business with our customers,if the account you sold us be hacked back by the original owner we may place dispute on paypal and send an lawsuit to court challenge with you untill the problem be fixed. You may be fire So please dont do any false things after sold this account Or sold unsafe account to us ..

    So, is this something to be afraid of or is it just to make one scared

    1. You can only fill in a dispute to paypal if its a material item, like a cd or a xbox, but not for accounts.

    2. Like Blizzard states in their EULA, All accounts belong to them, so if you sold it it never changed of ownership becuz blizzard is still the master of your acc. And trading/selling is not allowed.

    And they wont take you to court for 200-300$ when a lawyer costs that much and they know they'll lose. They're just trying to scare away scammers. So you can just sell it and nothing will happen.

    Im glad to hear this, thank you.

    One more thing if I may, when selling a wow account to these companies, you must give them your phone nr, I did, so they can track me. But i dont think they will thou, but is there a way to go around this maybe? Give out a fake nr and hope they weill not call? )

    Dnnw, they cant do anything with ur phonenumber, try give em a fake with 1-2 wrong numbers and if they try to call say ur sry, but they can only spam on ur phone nothing more
