[SCAM-HELP] Keep a scammed account: Best ways

I've used the "search" button in the scam section but i can't find all the things i'm searching.

So, i posted it in the Scame section and it has been removed xD !

Anyway, the problem is i finally scammed a Good lvl70 Acc and i wanted to keep it.
Good, but how can i do it? I want to be sure i can use it without the risk the owner makes my main account Banned or recalls his account.

I used an e-mail scam so i have.

Acc name
Password
Cd Key+ TBC Cd Key
Full Name(of the guy)

And some other things..i'm still trying to figure out he's eMail password to do a "recover" or i think i'll simply reset it but THE QUESTION IS:

-What are the Infos i need to change to be sure he can't reclaim the account?
-Do u suggest to transfer characters on my Acc and change name or this could be Trackable?
-Are there other things i need 2 know to keep this account?

If u know some good thread about how to do it, link 'em but i also liked to hear from you and to have an answer for those questions.

I'm not really expert i'm not English or American so be easy on my Eng

From my experiences with talking to blizz, you will rather need secret question and answer, or the email, name, and address. If you have the cd key, you can get the secret answer then get the info changed, but if the person who you got the account from knows the answer then there is always a slight chance he can get it back. For transferring the characters from account to account is a bit tricky, and i'm not sure exactly how to get your named changed on the account. I hoped this helped =P

I thinked to create a Character with the same name on my Acc, then trasnfer and force the rename..

Anyway, how can i have infos changed with the CDkey? Other Methods?

Mate, go to MMOwned forums, go to WoW General (the forum we're in now), and look at the very first thread you see. It's stickied, meaning it's pinned to the top and will never go down.

I understood the method but the thing is i can't actually spend all that m oney for new accounts =( ..

Plus, is there a method that can help me get the scammed characters on MY account(maybe changing their names) w/o the chance they ban my acc or the guy takes 'em back?

Soz for all those questions but i'm Italian and can't understand all T________T ..
