sumtin wrong with the repair tool?

i run the BC repair tool and it says "cannot connect to the server to download repair info" has this happened to anyone? if so how do i fix it?

i still have not played the burning crusade because the damn thing won't download to my laptop. it gets to 90% then says put in disk 4, and when i put it it.....nothing. its the wierdest thing. this also happened to my buddy exact same thing. we think its a patch problem so we uninstalled warcraft and are now redownloading the entire game. its really a hastle

that didnt happen 2 me but if it makes u feel better if i see a troll my whole game crashes...
