Need help [with kidnapped account]!

I got my hands on a account with a character that I want to transfer. The problem is that I only got the account name and password. The transfer fails because the account info doesn't match. What should I do? Is there anything I can do? :S It's an EU account if it matters.

Not much you can do I believe, unless you have SQ and last name of the account.

You could try to, as stated sometime here on the forum, call Blizz and say you got married and need to change your last name, but: Unless you have the SQ it'll be hard.

u need to know the last name. and the last name on the accnt u are transferring it to has to be the same.

If you said that, you'd need to fax in legal ID proving that you got married.
