Banned?

Hi,

I got "suspended" for a week now with no email??

How long does it take so they determine my fate!

The only email i got is:

Give them another day..

and also it has been a week, i got suspended 22/02/08

Anyway, you haven't received a week ban, per se, as no such thing exists. You've received a suspension that will not end until their investigation is finished.

The only possible account actions for WoW Europe are warnings, 3 hour bans, 24 hour bans, 48 hour bans, 72 hour bans, suspended pending investigation, and permanent bans.

Apparently, the investigation is just taking a while. You can send in an email asking how the investigation is going, but most likely before they respond to that they'll send you another email either saying they've concluded the investigation and are closing your account, or they'll just say it's ended and you can play now.

When i had one of my accounts suspended, it took then AGES to reply to my emails and reinstate my account. They suck

Nope. Those are the only possible bans.



For EU, you just add in the "suspended pending investigation".

And true, I didn't say "final warning", but that's not so much an action as it is a black mark.

But, you said you worked for US Billing, so you of all people should know that the above penalty volcano is correct.

I got the same thing about "suspended pending investigation", but I even did nothing on that account that could ban it. And they just suspended itds...

Sometimes if you send an email and are very nice about it they will do something.
