    is it possible to play TBC without upgrading Account?

    Is it possible to download TBC and still play the game, without upgrading my account ? i don't want acces to Outlands or lvl up or something, just to play normal, using TBC as client, but without acces to the new zones?

    You don't need to upgrade your account at all if you aren't planning on seeing any TBC content - ie Outland.
