Is there a way to move this Blizzard bear over to another account, by transferring characters? Or?

I recently bought the Big Blizzard Bear, and for some reason the game gave me 2, when I put in the code it gave me 2.
Is there anyway to move this over to a level 1 alt, and then move the alt off to someone else? Or maybe move the alt to someone elses Blizzard account so they can have the bear and I'm able to sell the 2nd copy?
Any help would be appreciated!

To my understanding you can move a toon that meets the level requirement with the item to another battle.net account that's in your name. As to moving to an account not in your name they still don't allow it to my knowledge.

Yeah just create a new account under your name and transfer it to the new account (might need a character to be level 10)
