Will they remove bans/char restores in TBC?

Well, i just wonder if they will remove previous bans on the account so I still have some chances before a ban, and also, i dont got any more char restores so would like some more if u know this, please reply.

no. they wont. if you've been banned, your banned for life.

I got banned on the old forums about a year ago. new forums, webistes, games, have come and gone..yet still i am banned.

I'm sure it also said in your banning email that it wont be reprieved "under any circumstances"

Doesn't make sense that they would remove a ban anyway. That's like letting people out of jail because they remodeled the cell, or made them bigger. If you got banned for something then it's for good.

I didnt mean it that way, i mean if you never had a perma, but a 72hour ban or 3 hour, would they remove that one so you still have a ban left before perma?

No they won't, because it says they will ban you next time you violate their policies and like BlackBook said, they won't remove any bans (Or the previous ban history) under any circumstances.
