Easy way to verify a paypal account?

I've been messing around with the $0.01 for gold scam for a few days, and I finally got it to work...then to realize that only verified accounts can send money. Are there any ways to verify a paypal account without a credit card (visa gift card included) or bank account?

I'll get like 2000g on whatever server you'de like for whoever can help me out with this.

As far as I can tell there is no way to do that without giving out your bank information to verify it.

The closet thing I can find so far is:
Guaranteed US bank account with VISA card for non

I haven't tried it but I've seen it mentioned around a few places.
I'll keep an eye out for you and let you know if anything else pops up.
