Account Xfers-Last Name all that matters?

My friend just traded his account with someone else, the last name given checks out (White Pages online ftw), anyways he's going to make the account recall proof, and I just wanted to make sure that when he makes the receiving account that all he needs to do is make sure the last names are identical, or do the first names also need to be identical too.

He will also be adding the same billing information to both accounts just in case.

While technically it wouldn't provide much of a problem if he had to keep the full name, if something ever happened, and he had to send in an ID fax, it would be much easier to change 1 part of the name than both using Photoshop.

Pretty much, but there is still a possibility that they can get the character back, but they would have to call in and it would take a long time, probably not worth it for the people.

My friend wants to make the character he received recall-proof, he's not trying to scam anyone.

He's transferring the character from the account he received, he has the last name and Secret Question Answer, to a fresh, brand new account, he just wants to make sure that all that matters is the Last Name on the account.

I'm not sure what was difficult to understand.
