AGP or PCI?
I bought this card about two months ago and it runs wow on a 21inch widescreen moniter with settings cranked to the max with an average of 50fps. It's cheap too.

All the people reviewing the card have nothing but good things to say.
I Highly recoment this card, only $150 too.
Edit: this is PCI express. Let me know if you need AGP
if your willing to spend in the $200 range. Definitely get an 8800gt for 239.99 on newegg.
Also check out tomshardware VGA Cards for 2008. Tells you the best bang for the buck cards there are.
Nvidia 8600GT, its cheap (like 130$) i have almost the same comp specs as you and i run at about 70-80 Frames Avg. and i run the game on high end settings.
post above gives good advice
+3 rep to a couple of you's. UPDATE FIRST THREAD

Ya i'm looking for a 8600 or 8800 that DOESN'T require a PCI Express slot is there such a god defined item?
8800GT NOT 8600GTS!
8800GT IS BETTER THAN AN 8800GTS!
GET THE 8800GT!!!
Seriously how much can I enforce this. I had an 8600gts and it is shit compared to even the g80 8800gts! the 8800GT is g92 and is better! much much better! you won't have to upgrade your card in a year but you will with the 8600 :/
Jeez.

Look at your post, now back to mine; Now back to your post, now back to mine. Sadly, it isn't mine, but if you stopped trolling and started posting legitimate content, it could look like mine. Look down, backup, where are you? You're scrolling through threads, reading the post your post could look like. What did you post? Back at mine; It's a reply saying something you want to hear. Look again and the reply is now diamonds.

Lol, i feel so left out...running on this little 15" screen that has a max resolution of like 1024x768...
I have a 20inch monitor. I also have vista premium. With a 8800GT video card. My resolution is 1600x(whatever this thing is right here). I use to have a 32 inch but it was too big and It will ruin my eyes. I also have 4 sticks of ram.
It is not the brand but it is the right size.
