Help transfering a character from one battle.net to another

Hello everyone, recently I bought an account which I intended to change one of the characters to my own newly create account.
The account I purchased has the name A B and I've created another battle.net that has the name C B, meaning they have both last names.
Unfortunately when I try to xfer it I get the following error:
Error: The destination account must have been created by the same person as the origin account.

Any help with this ?
