Blizzard Banned me From 10 Day Trial Accounts?

Alright, Every Time i Try to Make a Account i get this Error!

Was i Banned From Making Trial Accounts? I Have Tried This 1nce Every Week and Get the Same Error!

If Someone would be willing to make me a Trail Account it would be great!

Just make somethin like

Username: PackersSuck14
Password: (Uh PM me and ill Tell You what i want it to be)

Or if we could find out the Issue, that would be great!

usually when i get this, i clear my cookies, and restart my internet, and it works.

Cleared My Cookies, Reset Internet, Even Tried with a Proxy!

sure you got a new IP when "reseting internet"? check out those ip telling sites like What's My IP Address? Your IP is 206.71.153.240 to verify.

No, i do not run off a router, So therefore My IP Address does not change

Thats why i tried a proxy, but still no dice
