Been to Sunwell Isle?

Well I looked on WoWwiki where Sunwell Isle was located and when I zoomed all the way out I swore I saw a little outline of an island when I was in-game. Was just wondering if anyone has ever tryed to swim to the Isle? I see people make it to the Secret troll village, but Sunwell isle looks very close and I dont see why people arent trying to travel there. Question is if there even is anything there?

Yeah even if nothing is there (Just flat land) It would still be cool to check out. I would go find out myself, but I dont know how/what it takes to make it with fatuige status.
